We get snow about every other year where I live so this is a special event 
I don’t have a great warm waterproof coat so I improvised with a rain jacket over a down coat.
Sure it was bulky but it kept me warm and dry 
Practice bringing solutions to the table 
+ and not just pointing out everyone else’s problems 
Sometimes we have to improvise with what we have in work and life!
