Booooooring I know but it’s really helped make sure we always have a good healthy(ish) selection of home cooked food to eat.
Our meal planner is not sexy or even printed in color 🌈 but it works.
+ We do all the thinking once a week and the rest of the week is on auto-pilot.
+ We waste less food (like produce).
+ We base the plan off our current groceries so no worrying about missing ingredients.
+ We’re less likely to do take out when there is always good food at home to eat.
