Joe and I recently enjoyed sushi @Ginbu401 which is a local Chinese restaurant that has been open for 16 years in Charlotte.

Although our town has so many shiny new places to try, there’s something about the solid consistent food and service we get at Ginbu year after year.

The fortune at the end of my meal reminds me that not everything new is better. In a world that covets everything new, I’m proud to support the #ShopSmall #ShopLocal movement. A 🍱meal at Ginbu helps our local economy just as much as I enjoy the tasty 🍣 !
