Charcuterie boards are my latest hobby. I’m sharing my latest creation to celebrate National Wine and Cheese Day today ๐ท+๐ง
These past few months, I’ve been inspired to practice more since reading an in-depth library book* on this art. Thanks @Charlotte Mecklenburg Library @CMLibrary!
I โค๏ธ charcuterie boards because:
๐ง Endless Variety – I’ve even added Planters CheeZ Balls in addition to the traditional meat and cheeses.
๐ง Always Unique – No two boards are ever the same. It’s truly an art where the boards change constantly change based on what I have on hand.
๐ง Always Perfect – You can put whatever you want wherever you want on the board. Your board is finished when you feel it’s finished. You have an endless creative license!
๐ง Crowd Pleasing – Nothing gathers a crowd like a board of tiny bits of food and snack items. It gets people talking about the various cheeses and did you try this or that? The board quickly becomes the focal item as people orbit the food ๐ช
I highly recommend throwing together a charcuterie board at your next meal or gathering!
It’s much easier than you think!
Special thanks to @Mark Atwood for making this locally sourced beautiful butcher block ๐ฅฐ
