Joy post #1 – It brings me JOY to see my incredibly capable and independent teenage daughter fixing her driver’s side mirror (which she knocked off by hitting a dumpster 😝).
1. She identified which mirror she needed (power and heated) and bought it on Amazon for $53.
2. She watched multiple YouTube videos on how to replace it.
3. She used tools and trial and error to remove the door panel and rewire the replacement.
4. She put it back together on her own, tested it, and sent me a video of the new power mirror in action.
5. She saved tons of money and time for the car going to the shop by doing her own repair.
