1. Leave your desk, phone, and all electronics behind for 5-minutes. Physically remove yourself from your work area.
2. Reach out to a friend to share something positive about your life today and pay them a compliment while you’re at it.
3. Take a walk outside.
4. Read a book or magazine uninterrupted. @GoodReads is my favorite book tracker.
5. Do a quick meditation. @Headspace is a popular app.
6. Color, paint, or do a puzzle. I puzzles!
7. Listen to some soothing music. I love the Elevations Pop station on @siriusXM.
